Vanilla Cookies (250g)

250g of powder + 75g of butter + 1 egg + 75g of chocolate chunks.

 Beat the butter well until smooth, then add the egg and mix until combined.

 Add the cookie powder and mix for 3 minutes.

 Then, fold in the chocolate chunks. Shape the cookie dough and place it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Finally, bake the cookies in the oven at 175°C.
