CINAROLL MIX RECIPE (for 250g mix)

Ingredients:

Cinnamon powder: (250g)

Instant yeast: (7.5g) (about 1 teaspoon)

Water: 105–110 g (about ½ cup)

Method:

1. Put the Cinnamon powder, yeast, and water into the mixer bowl.

2. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes.

3. Increase to fast speed and knead for about 8 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes

5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape.

6. Spread soft butter on top and sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar + cinnamon powder evenly.

7. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then cut into equal slices

8. Place the rolls in a greased or lined baking tray.

9. Leave them to proof for about 30 minutes.

10. Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 10–15 minutes, until golden brown
