Place the cheesecake powder in a mixing bowl.
Add the cold whipping cream.
Whip using an electric mixer:
1 minute on low speed
Then 3–4 minutes on medium speed
until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
(Optional) Press the biscuit base firmly into the bottom of a pan or cups.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the base.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably 2–3 hours).
Decorate with fruit topping or cheesecake sauce before serving.
