Vanilla Cake with Blueberry Sauce (4 Servings)

For the Cake:

300g vanilla sponge cake mix

4 eggs

50ml water


For the Mousse:

125g vanilla mousse

150ml milk


For the Topping:

50g colored vermicelli

Blueberry topping


Instructions:
For the Cake:

Mix the sponge cake mix with the eggs, water, and vanilla, and beat until the mixture doubles in size.

Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan.

Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.


For the Mousse:

Whip the mousse powder with the milk until it thickens.

Allow the cake to cool, then cut a hole across the cake.

Add the blueberry topping, followed by the vanilla mousse, and decorate with colored vermicelli.
