Um Ali with Crème Brûlée (4 Servings)

250g baked puff pastry (mil feuille)
Custard:
1 liter milk
200g sugar
60g custard powder
Cream:
80g sweetened whipped cream powder
150ml milk
50g shredded coconut
100g mixed nuts
100g sugar for topping
Instructions:
Mix the custard powder, milk, and sugar in a pot, and cook over medium heat while stirring until thickened.
In a baking dish, add the puff pastry and sprinkle with coconut and mixed nuts as desired.
Pour the hot custard mixture over the puff pastry.
Whip the cream powder with the milk until thickened, then spread it over the custard layer.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar on top of the dessert and caramelize using a blowtorch. Serve warm.
