Tres Leches (Serves 8)

Ingredients:

500g vanilla sponge cake

6 eggs

100ml water

Sweetened Condensed Milk:

150g milk powder

150g powdered sugar

80g hot water

350ml milk (for soaking the cake)

Cream Topping:

300g raw Chantilly cream

 

50g powdered sugar

350ml milk

200g pistachio cream

100g pistachios

Preparation:

1. Whisk the sponge cake mix with eggs and water, then pour into a 30×40 cm baking pan.

2. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then let it cool.

3. Place the cake in a serving dish.

 4. Mix the milk powder, powdered sugar, and hot water together
