Tres Leches (4 People)

- 250g vanilla sponge cake
- 3 eggs
- 50ml water
- Sweetened Condensed Milk:
- 100g powdered milk
- 100g powdered sugar
- 50g hot water
- 250ml milk (for soaking the cake)
- Cream Layer:
- 200g raw Chantilly cream
- 30g powdered sugar
- 250ml milk
- Pistachio Topping:
- 150g pistachio cream
- 60g chopped pistachios
Preparation:
- Beat the sponge cake mix with eggs and water, then pour into a 20x30 cm baking pan.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes and let it cool.
- Place the cake in a serving dish.
- Mix powdered milk with powdered sugar and hot water
- Add the milk and stir well.
- Pour the milk mixture over the cake and spread an even layer of cream on top.
- Add pistachio cream and garnish with chopped pistachios
