Ingredients:

  • 250g vanilla sponge cake
  • 3 eggs
  • 50ml water
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk:
  • 100g powdered milk
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 50g hot water
  • 250ml milk (for soaking the cake)
  • Cream Layer:
  • 200g raw Chantilly cream
  • 30g powdered sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • Pistachio Topping:
  • 150g pistachio cream
  • 60g chopped pistachios

Preparation:

  1.  Beat the sponge cake mix with eggs and water, then pour into a 20x30 cm baking pan.
  2.  Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes and let it cool.
  3.  Place the cake in a serving dish.
  4.  Mix powdered milk with powdered sugar and hot water
  5.  Add the milk and stir well.
  6.  Pour the milk mixture over the cake and spread an even layer of cream on top.
  7.  Add pistachio cream and garnish with chopped pistachios
