Ingredients:
For the Cake:

300 g vanilla sponge cake mix

50 ml water

3 eggs

2 g vanilla


For the Mousse Cream:

150 g vanilla mousse powder

200 ml milk

200 g strawberry filling


Tools:

Parchment paper


Preparation:

1. Whisk the vanilla sponge cake mix with eggs, water, and vanilla until the mixture doubles in size.


2. Spread evenly on a 30x40 cm baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.


3. Whisk the mousse powder with milk until firm.


4. Spread the strawberry filling over the cake, followed by a layer of mousse cream.


5. Roll the cake gently and chill in the refrigerator until firm.


6. Slice into even pieces and serve
