Profiteroles (4 Servings)

For the profiteroles:

250ml water

140g flour

4 eggs

80g butter

2g vanilla


Filling Cream:

150g pastry cream

150g plain whipped cream powder

450ml milk


For Decoration:

200g dark chocolate

100g white chocolate

Piping bag


Instructions:
For the profiteroles:

Add water, salt, and butter to a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the flour all at once and stir for 2 minutes.

Let it cool, then gradually add the eggs and vanilla while continuing to mix.

Shape the dough on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake for 40 minutes at 170°C (do not open the oven during baking).


Filling Cream:

Whip the whipped cream powder and pastry cream powder with the milk until it thickens.

Fill the profiteroles with the cream and decorate with melted chocolate
