Pistachio Rolls (4 Servings)

6 sheets of soft puff pastry

250g pistachio cream

1 egg + 3 tbsp milk + 1g vanilla

100g powdered sugar for decoration

100g crushed pistachios


Instructions:

Roll out the puff pastry dough to a thin sheet.

Spread the pistachio cream over the dough, then place another layer of puff pastry on top.

Cut the puff pastry into strips and twist each strip.

Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with the egg and milk mixture, and top with crushed pistachios.

Bake in the oven at 170°C for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
