Peach Custard Pie (4 Servings)

1 pack of phyllo dough
100g melted butter
1 can of canned peaches
For the custard:
300g milk
2 egg yolks
20g cornstarch
20g sugar
2g vanilla
50g sweetened whipped cream
For decoration:
100g sliced almonds
100g powdered sugar
Instructions:
For the custard:
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch, then gradually add the hot milk while stirring.
Heat the mixture on the stove, stirring continuously until it thickens.
Add the whipped cream and let it cool completely.
In a baking dish, spread half the phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.
Spread the custard and add sliced peaches (you can cut the peaches into small cubes).
Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Decorate with powdered sugar and serve warm
