Molten Kunafa (Serves 8)

700g toasted kunafa
700g chocolate spread
200g glucose syrup
200g sugar
200g water
Preparation:
1. Heat the glucose syrup with sugar and water for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
2. Pour the syrup over the toasted kunafa and mix well.
3. Press a portion of the kunafa into a mold, leaving the center hollow.
4. Microwave the chocolate spread for 30 seconds, then pour it into the hollow center.
5. Cover with the remaining kunafa to seal the mold.
6. Flip the mold to release the kunafa and garnish with chocolate spread
