Molten Kunafa (4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 350g toasted kunafa
  • 350g chocolate spread
  • 100g glucose syrup
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g water

Preparation:

  1.  Heat the glucose syrup with sugar and water over the stove for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  2.  Mix the syrup with the toasted kunafa and stir well.
  3.  Press the kunafa into a mold, leaving the center empty.

 Microwave the chocolate spread for 30 seconds, then pour it into the center of the mold. Cover with the remaining kunafa
