Millefeuille Layers (8 people)

Ingredients:

500g millefeuille

100g raw Chantilly cream

200g pastry cream

50g powdered sugar

1 can of mango filling

600ml milk

 

Preparation:

1. Whip the Chantilly cream with the pastry cream and powdered sugar, reserving 2 tablespoons of sugar for garnish.

2. Spread a layer of cream in a mold.

3. Break the millefeuille sheets and arrange them over the cream layer.

4. Add another layer of cream and the mango filling.

 5. Add a final layer of millefeuille and sprinkle with powdered sugar
