Kunafa with Dates (4 people)

Ingredients:

350g toasted kunafa

300g dates
-
100ml hot water

Chocolate sauce

50g hazelnuts
Preparation:

Pour hot water over the dates and microwave for 4 minutes.

Blend the dates using a hand blender to create a smooth date paste.

Mix some chocolate sauce with the kunafa and stir well.

In serving bowls, layer kunafa, then date paste, and repeat the layers.

Garnish with chocolate sauce and crushed hazelnuts
