Hooba Cake (Serves 8)
i sweetIngredients:
500g chocolate sponge cake mix
6 eggs
100ml water
300g pistachio cream
100g toasted kunafa
300g chocolate spread
Preparation:
1. Whisk the sponge cake mix with eggs and water, then pour into a 30cm baking pan.
2. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
3. Place the cake in a serving mold.
4. Mix the toasted kunafa with pistachio cream and spread it evenly over the cake layer.
5. Add a layer of chocolate spread and top with a layer of pistachio cream for decoration
