Hoba Cake (4 people)

- 250g chocolate sponge cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 50ml water
- 200g pistachio cream
- 75g toasted kunafa
- 300g chocolate spread
Preparation:
- Whisk the sponge cake mix with eggs and water, then pour it into a 20cm baking pan.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
- Place the cake in a serving dish.
- Mix the toasted kunafa with pistachio cream and spread it evenly over the cake.
- Add a layer of chocolate spread, then top with pistachio cream for decoration.
