Hoba Cake (4 people)

Ingredients:

  • 250g chocolate sponge cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 50ml water
  • 200g pistachio cream
  • 75g toasted kunafa
  • 300g chocolate spread

 

Preparation:

  1.  Whisk the sponge cake mix with eggs and water, then pour it into a 20cm baking pan.
  2.  Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then let it cool.
  3.  Place the cake in a serving dish.
  4.  Mix the toasted kunafa with pistachio cream and spread it evenly over the cake.
  5.  Add a layer of chocolate spread, then top with pistachio cream for decoration.
