Brownie Cookie Bars (4 Servings)

For the Brownie Layer:

250g brownie mix

2 eggs

125g melted butter


For the Cookie Layer:

50g butter

40g brown sugar

30g white sugar

1 egg

2g vanilla

80g flour

80g chocolate chips

Caramel sauce and chocolate sauce for serving


Instructions:
For the Brownie Layer:

Mix the eggs, melted butter, and brownie mix together.

Pour the mixture into a 20x20 cm square baking pan lined with parchment paper.


For the Cookie Layer:

Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla, and beat well.

Add the flour, and mix again, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the cookie mixture over the brownie layer.

Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.

Let it cool, then cut into desired shapes.

Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauce before serving
