( Black Forest Cake ) – Serves 8

Ingredients:
For the Cake:

500 g chocolate sponge cake mix

6 eggs

100 ml water

2 g vanilla


For the Cream:

300 g whipped cream powder

500 ml milk

250 g dark chocolate (grated)

1 jar of canned cherries (for filling)

Preparation:

1. In a mixer, combine the chocolate sponge cake mix, water, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until the mixture doubles in size.


2. Pour the batter into a 20 cm cake mold and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.


3. Let the cake cool completely, then cut it into even layers.


4. Whisk the whipped cream powder with milk until firm.


5. Place one cake layer on a base, spread whipped cream over it, and add chopped cherries.


6. Repeat for all layers, then cover the entire cake with whipped cream and garnish with grated chocolate and cherries
