Black Forest (4 Servings)

Cake:

250g chocolate sponge cake flour

3 eggs

50ml water

2g vanilla


Cream:

200g sweetened whipped cream

350ml milk

200g dark chocolate

1 can of canned cherries for filling

Parchment paper

Piping bag

Scraper


Instructions:

Add the chocolate sponge cake flour to the mixer, then add the water, eggs, and vanilla. Mix all ingredients until the mixture doubles in volume.

Pour into a 20cm or 18cm baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Let it cool, then cut into even layers.

Add the milk to the whipped cream and beat until it forms a stiff consistency.

Place a layer of cake on the base, then add cream and cherry pieces.

Once all layers are completed, cover the cake with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and decorate with cherries.
